JL Property Solutions Ltd is a family-run residential property investment business with a portfolio of buy-to-let and HMO properties in the UK. We currently work with private investment clients to source old, often neglected housing stock which is then renovated, developed and subsequently let to local families, students, housing associations and working professionals.
Our mantra is to ensure that our properties are presented to beautiful modern standards, offering residents a higher quality of living and satisfying increased local and national demand.
We want to preserve and enhance the exceptional heritage of our investment cities and towns in the UK and when we purchase a property we pride ourselves on creating ethical win-win deals to benefit all parties within the investment chain.
Founded in 2017 by Josh Reeves and Laura Marriott, JL Property Solutions Ltd has amassed a quality, high yield portfolio offering excellent accommodation for our tenants. Josh and Laura have been investing in property since buying their first flat in 2013 and flipping it for a £27,000 profit.
Josh’s Masters degree in Media and Communication and background as a senior Marketer has allowed him to utilise his strong creative approach and organisational prowess to business, coupled with a superb ‘power team’ network of trades, solicitors, letting agents, estate agents, surveyors, brokers and investment partners. Described as a real ‘doer’, Josh is someone who gets involved in all stages of property from negotiating the purchase to development.
Laura earned a BTEC National Diploma (with distinction) in Musical Theatre from Stratford College and then graduated from the acclaimed Phil Winston’s Theatreworks in Blackpool. Laura was a national freestyle dance champion and became a professional dancer before turning her hand to gymnastics where she manages JNB Gymnastics Academy and is also a British Gymnastics Level 1 coach and a qualified judge. Laura is a portfolio landlord and has experience in all elements of property including market research, negotiation, refurbishment and development.
Between Josh and Laura, JL Property Solutions Ltd has the necessary tools to project manage all of our property refurbishments & investments whilst having the added advantage of knowing the market, the right tradespeople for the job and the right property to buy.

JOSH REEVES
Co-Founder
Josh has a first-class honours degree in Media and Communication as well as a Masters degree (with distinction) in Screening Europe, both from Swansea University, Wales. A captain of Worcestershire as a footballer, Josh is also an FA qualified referee, a published poet and sports writer and a keen fitness enthusiast. With over 6 years’ experience in residential property Josh became a landlord in 2017 and quickly became a portfolio landlord later that year. A former Head of Marketing at BodyPower, the JL Property Solutions Co-Founder has expertise in project management, marketing, refurbishment, negotiation, investment strategies and much more.
